MY EXPERIENCE

During the last 16 years of my professional career I have had contact with machine processing and at that time I have worked in larger teams as well as an independent subcontractor.

For 6 years I worked as a mold designer for thermoforming of acrylic shower trays (mastercam) and at the same time I dealt with their processing on 3 axis milling centers.

In 2012 I have decided to open my own motorcycle workshop Intr-Mot and bought new machine tools. Since then I have devoted myself entirely to precision machining in motorsport area, combining my passion with work.

After closing my shop in 2019 I turned to work for industry.  I am responsible for maintaining production continuity on automated production lines, repairing industrial equipment and operating the factory’s Scada system.

Mr Roman Pluskota refurbished several parts for MZ club Denmark. The sent cylinders were bored and honed to the highest industry standards and the work far exceeded the factory level. Crankshafts truing was done well beyond factory specification. Provided pistons and connecting rods used to rebuild the crankshafts were of the best possible quality. Throughout the project Mr Roman Pluskota kept us informed of the progress and shared his vast knowledge of what could be done to improve the engines to work as good as possible. Mr. Roman Pluskota worked at Marmite from 2020 to 2023 as an Electro Mechanical Technician in the maintenance department. How can we communicate?
I can speak English (B1/B2), German (A1) and Polish.

Can you travel if a task demands that?
Yes. If a certain job would demand moving to clients location I can do it.

What are the tools that you can operate?
On daily basis I use a conventional mill, lathe, boring machine, honing machine, press and all kind of measurement tools required in my job. Before that I worked on 3axis CNC mills.

What design software can you use?
I mostly worked with Autocad, Mastercam and Fusion360. I also know the basics of Catia but I can quickly learn new software if that would be needed for a specific job.

How is your machine shop equipped?
Conventional lathe, mill, boring machine, honing machine, hydraulic press – all in size that suits motorcycle enduro/mx cylinders, all kinds of boring gages, micrometers, granite plate, granite square etc. Equipment typical for the job I mostly do but I try to expand it to better suite the needs of my customers.
